    New location starting October 2010

    Our new fitness center location at 1875 Trousdale will open in October 2010.

    Convenient hours

    Open 7 days a week -- making it more convenient to fit exercise into your busy schedule.

    Monday - Friday: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
    Saturday - Sunday: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

    Exercise with a beautiful view

    Exercise on a variety of machines and weight training tools as you enjoy one of the mid–Peninsula's best and most beautiful scenes. Exercise physiologists and staff members ensure that your fitness program will be appropriate, safe and suited to your abilities.

    In addition to the fitness center, which is geared for individual exercise, Mills-Peninsula offers a variety of exercise classes, as well as special programs for seniors, women, people recovering from stroke and cardiac illness, or who have disabilities. Click here to read about our Services

    The latest equipment

    The fitness center features the latest exercise equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, Stairmasters, NuSteps, rowing machines, arm ergometers, crossrobics, free weights, Cybex and Hydrafit strength training machines.
